DUST-FREE ROTATION (D.F.R.) TECHNOLOGY
The power supply fan boasts ENERMAX’s patented Dust-free Rotation (D.F.R.) self-cleaning technology with a power-on activated switch next to the power switch, enhancing system longevity by minimizing dust accumulation inside the power supply. The D.F.R. function can blow away dust through instant reversal of centrifugal force when it is activated, making the maintenance so easy without disassembling your power supply.

2 WAYS TO ACTIVATE D.F.R. FUNCTION

POWER ON
Upon powering on your PC, the D.F.R. function will be activated automatically for 20 seconds. The fan will then turn back to the regular anticlockwise direction for another 20 seconds and stop spinning until you reach 60% workload thanks to semi-fanless control technology.

D.F. (DUST-FREE) SWITCH
Press the D.F. switch on the power switch side to initiate the D.F.R. function whenever you want. There are two types of way for cleaning paired with semi-fanless control technology.

v Power Supply under 60% Load & Under-Temperature (=Fan is not spinning)
Press the switch then the fan will spin clockwise for 20 seconds and turn back to anticlockwise direction for another 20 seconds then it will stop entirely.

v Power Supply over 60% Load or Over-Temperature (=Fan is spinning)
If you press the D.F. switch while the fan is spinning, the fan will stop immediately and start to spin clockwise for 20 seconds, it will then turn back to the anticlockwise direction.

OPTIMAL SEMI-FANLESS CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
The built-in optimal semi-fanless technology allows the fan to remain stopped until you reach 60% working load or over-temperature, the fanless mode will improve the overall system acoustics by reducing fan noise when the cooling demand is low while reducing the power consumption and operating costs over time.

PREMIUM MESH-SLEEVED CABLES
The power supply cables have been upgraded to premium mesh-sleeved cables to bring you better cable routing with their soft and bendable points for remarkable cable management. The included 27 pcs cable comb kit keeps your cables in good management and in good order.
