RNW of a unique Veeam Data Cloud for M365 FLEX contract to be used in a standalone environment. 3-years term. RNW quantity should Incl. all licenses which were previously purchased through Lic. Expansion SKUs. For duration of contract term, additional licenses will be purchased using Lic. Expansion SKUs which must co-term to the contract end date. Multiple New Lic. or Subscr. RNW SKUs on a single PO will result in multiple and separate contracts of Veeam Data Cloud for M365 which cannot be merged. Different editions (EXPRESS, FLEX, and PREMIUM) cannot be managed in a single environment. At the end of the contract term, customer will RNW licenses using Subscr. RNW SKU for a new term of 1 or 3 Y. Upg. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 Flex Bundle including Entra ID and renews the contract for one Y. Can only be used when less than 1 Mth of Sup. remains on the contract. Must be paired with one-year "Step-Up" SKU. Minimum purchases of 10 licenses per order.
