Marketplace Parabricks Pipelines Subscription 1 Hour Usage-Based, 1 GPU [CSP Subscription] (2) Parabricks Terms & Conditions:Subscription is a time-based license inclusive of support, maintenance, update and upgrade services for the duration of the license. (1) Terms of Service: Bring-Your-Own-License (BYOL) GPU hours are sold in blocks to be redeemed in 12 months, and at the end of this period any unused portion is forfeited without a credit or refund.(2) EDU Program: Only orderable under NVIDIA Education Pricing Program including specific eligibility requirements and legal terms and conditions(3) Renewals: For customers who want to renew their Subscription, the product must be renewed with at least a 1-year term. CSP Terms & Conditions: (1) Entitlement Start Date: GRID CSP Subscription Software shall have an entitlement start date (start date of subscription term) equal to NVIDIA invoice date. (2) Usage Rights: A GRID CSP Subscription 1 year (1,000) Capacity SKU (vPC or vDWS) must be purchased to activate the relevant GRID CSP usage-based license (vPC or vDWS) (3) Usage Model Enablement: A GRID CSP Subscription 1 year (1,000) Capacity SKU (vPC or vDWS) must be purchased to activate the relevant GRID CSP usage-based license (vPC or vDWS)(4) Renewals: For customers who want to renew their Subscriptions, the first block of products to expire must be renewed with at least a 1-year term; the remaining entitlements are then eligible for co-terming using monthly SKUs.
