The Getac ZX10 is an AI-ready fully-rugged tablet to feature the Android 13 operating system, a highly-capable workday solution that combines the intuitive operation, power efficiency, and world of apps you expect with Android with a slim versatile profile well-suited to video conferencing, remote guidance, information capture, and online paperwork.
FULL-SHIFT RELIABILITY
The ZX10 offers all-day performance with its standard full-shift battery life and optional higher-capacity batteries, allowing for seamless operations with dual hot-swappable batteries. Powered by the Qualcomm QCS6490 processor and featuring an integrated NPU, it efficiently handles AI applications, making it ideal for demanding tasks while minimizing power consumption.

The ZX10 delivers Industry-leading acoustic performance, reaching an impressive 90 dBA*. This helps deliver clear, robust audio in various environments, especially in noisy settings. Whether you're working in utilities, field service, energy, transportation and logistics from forklifts to warehouses, or public safety from frontline response to ambulance services, alert, message, and call cuts through the noise with loud volume, helping keep operations seamless and uninterrupted.
BUILT FOR SEAMLESS COMMUNICATIONS
ZX10’s dual SIM capabilities (one physical SIM + one eSIM) enable easy switching between different carrier networks, with optional 4G LTE or 5G Sub-6 with 4X4 MIMO delivering ultra-broadband cellular (WWAN) data transfer. ZX10 also supports local private networks such as the CBRS band in the US. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 round out its short-range wireless capabilities, with optional dedicated GPS (L1/L5) available for precise geolocation even in remote locations.
SUPERB INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE
The Getac 10” ZX10 enables superb video chat and remote guidance. The 8MP front and 16MP rear camera deliver excellent photos and video capture. Dual integrated microphones expertly filter out disruptive background noises like sirens and power tools. Meanwhile, the dual front speakers boost output volume, ensuring an outstanding interactive experience. Wi-Fi 6E and dual SIM design help keep you connected.
CONVENIENT VERSATILITY
ZX10 helps you do more in the field in less time. A touchscreen powered by Getac’s proprietary LumiBond technology offers a sunlight-readable experience with superior color, contrast, and clarity. Read and sign documents in the cold, the rain, or under bright sunlight, via stylus, gloved finger, or bare finger. Capture data, identify objects, and track assets via the optional NFC and optional integrated industrial-grade barcode reader. For precise handwritten notes, consider using the optional digitizer pen. Attach the optional keyboard when you need a laptop. And with its optional hard handle with multi-notch orientation, a variety of strap and harness accessories, and a chassis under one-inch thick, it fits right in.
ENTERPRISE-GRADE MANAGEMENT
With ZX10, IT administrators can save time through batch configuration of device and system settings across your deployment, including those for battery-charging, display, navigation, scanning, the quick settings panel, date and time, app update, and its four programmable buttons, via OEMConfig or Getac’s optional proprietary Getac Management software.
BUILT-TO-SURVIVE
Getac manufactures rugged tablets down to the chassis. The ZX10 was engineered to survive drops, shocks, rain, vibration, dust, liquid and more. IP66-certified, the ZX10 can be operated safely in the presence rain or high-pressure water jets. It is certified to a MIL-STD 810H, 6-ft drop rating, and can operate in extreme temperatures from -29°C to 63°C (-20°F to 145°F).
ANDROID ENTERPRISE RECOMMENDED WITH SOFTWARE UPGRADE SUPPORT
ZX10 is powered by the Android 13 operating system and is verified by Google as an Android Enterprise Recommended Rugged Device. Android 13 offers a diverse feature set, including application-level language settings, granular control over what information apps can access, and built-in safeguards to protect critical data. ZX10 will also support at least five years of security updates, with at least 3 Android Operating System versions over its lifecycle and various feature enhancements.
